Frequently Asked Questions…

What should I wear?

Swimsuit, clothing made of polyester, nylon, spandex or other synthetics.  Cotton will soak up water and won’t dry quickly.  Think of wearing what you would wear if you where going to the gym.

Should I take my phone?

Only if you have a dry case and a way to keep it afloat if you drop it.  We do not sell dry bags, so you will need to purchase before you arrive. 

Can I rent equipment if I have never done it before?

Yes! Lake Natoma is a great place to start, as it is only a 5 mile an hour lake, so no power boats will be coming by.  Our staff on the docks can give you some instruction before you head out on the water. 

Can I bring my dog?

No, we do not allow pets on the facility or on our equipment.  Please leave your pet at home. 

What is the minimum age requirement to rent?

We don’t have one! One person in the group must be 18 or over and any minors must have their legal parent/guardian sign the waivers for them.  But we allow all ages to go on the rental equipment and we do have infant life jackets available.
