Veteran Paddlers continue to work on their stroke techniques as well as extending their skills in steering and general handling of the canoes with overall fitness an on going goal for all!  Personal goals of paddlers can vary from recreational to competitive. Refinement of stoke and boat mechanics is a priority in increasingly challenging workouts. The program prepares racers for the more competitive sprint events and bigger water long distance races.
